I've been wanting to take some lightening pictures and finally found a great storm. Well, it found me, and it happened at just the right time for me to get some amazing lightening pictures. If you're wondering, all three of these were long exposures of 30 seconds each. The key to long night exposures is to keep your ISO low so that the blacks don't have too much noise. The only editing was normal RAW processing plus a little brushing in Lightroom 4 to make the clouds a little more dramatic.
