I could tell Emily and Jerry were a great fit for each other from the moment I met them at Subway to discuss the possibility of photographing their wedding. They like to laugh, a lot! So much so that their wedding was super fun to shoot because everyone was always smiling! Emily looked beautiful as she was surrounded by her maids of honor. The church setting was perfect for their wedding and reception. Their family and friends, as well as some youth from the church, really loved on them at their reception. And their send off was as spectacular as any with even the pastor getting in a few well wishing throws of birdseed. First check out the video then find all their pictures in the gallery. If you were there you’re sure to see yourself in one of them!
The Relay for Life in Brunswick was a touching event last night. We went to watch our kids perform demo’s and left with an appreciation for just how much people care.
As the guests arrived they were chatting, no doubt remembering their own wedding, while watching a raccoon scurry about nervously collecting random items. The bridesmaids wore gorgeous coral full length dresses and the groomsmen wore solid white tuxedoes with Malibu ties. Even the ringbearer and flower girls were patient as they waited for the ceremony to begin.
The music began and the groomsmen escorted the family to their seats. Then just as the last set of attendants strolled down the isle to join the rest of the wedding party, the bride was delivered in a spectacular horse-drawn carriage. She glowed as soon as she was able to see her groom waiting for her to walk the isle. Cindy was dressed beautifully in a white gown with a long white vail. Her father helped her down from the carriage after it eased to a stop at the end of the isle.
He delivered her down the isle and gave her away to her groom. Bubba was delighted to see her and it showed on his face the rest of the day! The ceremony was sweet and as after it ended and they had their first kiss they were whisked away again on their first carriage ride as a newlywed couple.
The extravaganza didn’t stop there though! Cindy and Bubba threw a huge reception at the Stellar Center in Brunswick. The party lasted well into the night with lights, music, laughter, and dancing.
Enough story! Let’s see the pictures!
In a horse-drawn carriage, wearing a gorgeous white dress, the bride arrives to meet her wedding party and unite with her groom. This was so exciting to watch!
This great oak tree was the perfect setting for Cindy and Bubba to reminisce about their wedding moments before.
This couple's future together looks bright and fun! And by the looks of their wedding it will also be beautiful!
One thing is for sure, if this couple plans a party you had better get your name on the guest list! Their wedding reception was filled with dancing, fun, and laughter!

As we plan to shoot our next wedding we are going over the shot list in order to put together a shoot schedule. It has been interesting to watch this list evolve over the last couple of years. At first it only included the must have shots that are typical of a traditional wedding photographer.
Then we added some of our favorites that “just happened” at a few of our favorite weddings. Now it is turning into a more complete shot list that includes a few “best of” image selections that we want to throw in just because they look awesome in an album. Like the “magic hour” shot, the “everybody in” shot, and the funky backdrop shot.
It’s just our way of adding that extra special touch to your super extravagant day!
Check out the video above then show them some love in the comments!
For centuries the seal has been used to signify and ensure authenticity, serve as a guarantee, and also convey importance and quality. Seals have been used to close letters, packages, special deliveries, and royal decrees.

This unique seal is no different. Although digital, it bears my initials and my last name. This seal is one of a kind. It cannot be duplicated because like my photography, it is a capture of a moment.
This seal symbolizes my photography because:
- Each aspect of the seal was carefully designed and implemented to attain the color, texture, and elegance desired. Much in the same way I carefully look at each potential image I’m about to make and I implement adjustments in order to achieve the desired outcome.
- My last name is pressed into the seal for uniqueness. Every time I press the shutter to create an image I’m starting from scratch and creating something new. I love it! My last name is on the line with every picture I make whether it’s on the ball field or on wedding day.
- It was hard to make. I’ve not once said that being a photographer was easy. In fact, some of the things I do are the most difficult things I’ve done in all my life! Think I don’t know difficult? Ask my wife sometime about my military background and let me show you my journal from my combat experience in the Marine Corps. I know what a challenge is, and photography is always challenging me.
So here’s my promise to past present and future clients: I will only include service, images, and products worthy of displaying my seal. Will I always be perfect? Sadly, no. I will always strive to maintain the highest level of quality and uniqueness that I can create at the time of your session or as I add my personal touch to an image.
Look for my seal on the web and on the boxes of the products you order.
